Rate of pay is $21 – $25 per hour DOE and optional SIMPLE IRA match. Benefits after completion of 90-day probation: Paid leave accrual and opportunities for travel to training.
The Clubhouse Generalists provide members support through working to maintain a flexible, varied program of vocational, educational, and recreational activities to assist Juneau area adults with serious mental illness to maximize their optimal level of functioning within the community. We offer positive, supportive relationships that help promote hope, choice, wellness and recovery for participants while working side by side in the work of the clubhouse. We assist members in handling the details of daily life. We provide assistance in identifying and connecting to community-based services and supports (primary care, mental health and or substance abuse treatment, housing, financial benefits, etc.).
*Be prepared to work some evenings and weekends, and all holidays.
Candidates must pass a fingerprinted background check to be eligible for hire. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
